Per the RGEM our heaviest rains should fire around 18z as a surface low pressure forms SW of us and quickly deepens.

that's the key to the whole thing as the area of rain now is going to miss most to the S and E . NAM also has the low forming, but it's much weaker and keeps rain amount closer to an inch.

OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS

LOCATED OVER NEW BRUNSWICK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.
