Air conditioning on Tuesday and now a fire in the wood stove. Big changes

Temp 46.7 and raw out there

Ditto about the AC earlier in the week for the steamy soup and just now I had to pull out the electric heaters.  Currently have wind-whipped rain and a temp 49.0 F. and I hope it doesn't drop any further.  Raw is not a strong enough word for it.  :shiver:

Simply incredible what's going on in SC this weekend. That rain plume looks like a lake-effect snow band from hell!

Back home I've had more than 4" of rain this past week. There's an area of my yard that usually floods out when we get heavy rains. Not this time ... it's been so dry the ground absorbed the rain like a sponge. I don't think it's even muddy out there this morning.
