NYC Spring temperatures and precipitation

So far Spring 2015 is off to a cold and snowy start...Last year was the coolest spring since 2007...2010 and 2012 had very warm springs on average...2010 has the warmest average...1962 has the hottest temperature with 99 degrees on May 19th...the driest spring was in 1885...the wettest in 1983...the coolest was in 1888...

it looks like another March with below average temperatures...snowfall will be near the snowiest on record...the average temperature from 2010 till 2015 should drop to at least 43.2...the lowest temperature is 12 set this year...the average minimum is 21 counting this year...snowfall will end up averaging close to 5" for the 2010-15 period...max is 59 so far and if that stands it will be three straight March's with no 70 degree temperatures...first time in 30 years that happened if it stands...
