Wow, thump of snow incoming....

Hopefully it comes in hot and heavy. Rooting for a ground stop at LGA/JFK so that my fiances flight is canceled before she leaves the hotel. 

 

She's with family and they are staying through Friday night so getting the flight canceled wouldn't be a bad thing.

don't see that happening. Temperatures are above freezing and it won't be coming down that heavy in the city for anyhting more than delays

It's below freezing at both airports and there's room to wetbulb when the precipitation arrives (LGA is at 29 and JFK at 30) but I agree that precipitation looks pretty meh and definitely not enough to cause delays.

Her flight doesn't come in until 10PM tonight, and that's if it leaves on time. Plane is en route to JFK and then still has to make return flight to Orlando first.

In that case there could definitely be delays... Could be icey at that time
