Possibly outlandish theories of climate change

Recommended Posts

I guess we could consider this a little more 'over the top' compared to the current Climate Change Banter thread.

I'll start with our oceans bathe'ing in garbage and oil slicks....(from hundreds / possibly thousands of leaking ships over the years, underground oil wells not properly sealed, etc)  And no real way of monitoring to see if this has had any effect over the years.

^ Indeed.

What bothers me a ton is how nobody even discusses how many underground (under ocean) oil wells that are either leaking or gushing currently....with absolutely no way of monitoring this aspect worldwide.  Big oil companies are just worried about their $$ figures.

And commercial shipping just dumping all their garbage overboard....knowing nobody's watching.

Could we even imagine how polluted our oceans will be 50 years from now? Maybe we'll already be in-route towards messing up the next planet in our path.   Ceres or Mars ?  hmmm.

It's so far off. in terms of Standard Deviation. If late spring/summer does not cooperate we could see massive fallout. The recent ridge intrusion into the Arctic has pushed 16C (yeah 29 degrees above normal!) anomalies right into the core of the ice.

TGW has mysteriously disappeared...
