The heaviest axis of rain guaranteed will be be over NJ where they will get 2"+ and i will be in showers the entire day. That is my call

But seriously this setup looks the heaviest rain will setup from NYC N&W.

This looks to be pretty widespread, but yeah if one of the lows really wraps up then that would be the likely outcome, which would be a sight for my sore eyes.

Unfortunately these things usually end up drier over time, but the models have been consistently showing 1.5"+ for a few days now.

Maybe they're right. They nailed the coastal grazer for today several days out so they may continuing the hot streak

The only thing that could make this better was if they heavy rain was centered over us instead of just to the north.

Nothing in this world better than heavy rain and 30's.

That translate to very disgusting cold and showery day. A day where you'd want to work a long shift or stay inside just to avoid that.

These rainstorms are going to start bringing out flooding concerns from the snow/ ice melt in the northern NY/NE area

It won't be a showery day if it's heavy rain. This is my favorite time of the year. Then we get to enjoy sun and 70's in May.

I'll take March 2010 for $1000 please Alex

Uhh, no thanks. The tree damage here was insane from that storm. 75-80 mph wind gusts for hours. However, between that, Irene, and Sandy, we're pretty much out of all of our weakened trees. We have entire streets here that used to be lined with trees that are now completely barren.

I know..is euro the only model showing rain for monday?..gotta love the Euro this year. from a few days ago.i'm shoveling that 3-6 inches of partly cloudy

The GFS and GGEM have a little more separation so they bring back the rain chance for Tuesday night.

The 00z GGEM also has another 2"+ rain event for early next weekend.

Gorgeous pattern.

It pretty much is and even with it's setup I don't see the rain being that heavy probably just showers, that low is basically going to occlude out in that sort of setup
