Heavy virga beginning to overspread the area.

NWS holding on to a glimer of hope.  Radar actually looks good.  It's just heartbreaking to see it slide to our south and east..

upper 30s. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

18z NAM leaves NYC and the majority of LI completely dry.

 

Boston is 0.00 and only the extreme tip of the Cape and the Islands sees real snow.

Nuts that after all this only the coastal sections of VA and Maryland managed snow.
