Very interesting that the Meso/Tor? is throwing the heavier hydrometeors out to the edge, making a spiral shape.

 

Thats an interesting comment. Which I thought the same.

 

The whole line from the VA border to SC border is a boundary of some sort. Each one of those higher dbz cells are showing rotation on a broad scale. Maybe that one is actually producing a short lived maybe not?

CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED

OVER GARNER...OR 10 MILES SOUTH OF RALEIGH...AND MOVING NORTHEAST

AT 30 MPH. FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE BEEN REPORTED. A RAIN WRAPPED

TORNADO MAY BE OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

RALEIGH...WAKE FOREST...GARNER...ZEBULON...KNIGHTDALE...WENDELL AND

ROLESVILLE.
