This continues my alternate (temporary) scoring report, see end of January thread for the details. I have finished scoring January there. This will update both February and total for two months. Late entries in February have an asterisk beside point total for month, the total shown incorporates the penalty. I should mention that in the official scoring, I would expect some of the zero totals to register a few points because of the wider spread relative to normal. That factor might also bump up other scores 10-20 in the middle of the range. Have to wait and see.

Consensus for FEB was an estimate based on median scores.
